Atlingworth St.

This was a compact two bedroom flat in Brighton that had been neglected for some years. The project was to entirely refurbish the flat, but within a limited budget of 8,500. This was achieved well within the target. Here are a selection of pictures of the flat upon completion. Due to the dimensions of the rooms, it was difficult to get a wide angle view of each room. The investment of 8,500 increased the value of the flat by 33,000.

New worktops were added, the units were painted a light colour, the walls were painted white and new flooring laid. The tiles were steam cleaned and a new cooker fitted. A Micro venetian blind was added to the window.
